Mr. Leite has 20+ years of manufacturing, management, and sales experience in a job shop environment. Having grown up working in a family owned precision sheet metal manufacturing facility has allowed him to gain extensive knowledge in both manufacturing and Coating processes and equipment including but not limited to welding, shearing, lasers, punch presses, brake presses, Bridgeport’s, lathes and coatings such as Powder, Liquid-based, PTFE’s, Anodic, passivation, dry film lubricants, CARC and PVDF. Mr. Leite understands the importance of quality, on time delivery and cost with a concentration on overall customer satisfaction. In addition, his years in manufacturing have allowed for us to offer many value added processes both before and after coating. Mr. Leite was a Sales Manager at Teknicote for 9 years before eventually becoming General Manager and now serves as the Vice President & General Manager of both the Teknicote and Medicote facilities.
